Elevated Maintenance Plan

Our preventative maintenance plan includes much more than our competitors offer. See all you get with our one time maintenance or twice yearly seasonal maintenance plans: 1. Check refrigerant charge 2. Check thermostat operation 3. Chemically clean condenser coil 4. Clean indoor coil with can spray 5. Flush condensate drain lines 6. Check electrical components 7. Clean condensate pump (if applicable) 8. Remove staining from metal housing 9. Brush inside dust and debris from electrical compartment 10. Remove all debris from inside condenser 11. Check to ensure duct work is all sealed properly 12. Check blower motor for cleanliness 13. Check temperature split 14. Check filters- will change filters with customer supplied filters Pricing for one time maintenance: $109 Pricing for Elevated Maintenance Plan: $199 for first system and $99 for each additional system This includes 2 visits per year.
